on Sharp MX-M753 feeder, I'm getting frequent jams with sppd1_n jam code...have changed feeder, scanner board and PCU...wondering if other tech see this code frequently...I'm betting that all MX-M753's exibit this problem...this problem seems to have started right out of the box...single operator with good originals..not a lot of hands spoiling things...

Cleaning the one ways (on shaft and the feed roller), and deglazing the shaft that the feed roller and one way ride, seem to help keep the Sppd1 jams down on all of the DSPF's like that. Plus it only takes a couple of minutes to do. Its become part of my normal top to bottom routine on most machines.Where the heck is my spring hook?
