Custom Size Envelopes

I have a sharp mx-5111n and the customer is running 12x9 envelopes but that is not a setting on the machine and there is no custom size button.
i have read that there is a soft sw to turn on a custom size envelope button but dont know which one. Can anyone please help

Create a custom paper size and set the type as Heavy Paper 2 and run through the bypass tray.

I tried that and the envelopes wrinkle in the fuser any other ideas

Sharp recomends that you run the envelope open so there will be no air trapped inside, that is what causes the wrinkling.
