MX-6240N/7040N Videos wont play.

hey guys i have been having some issues playing the videos at sharp-pcservice,can someone tell me what codecs and stuff i need to install? the ones on the software link still dont make them work,thanks in advance.

Edit:when i click on a video it just sits there saying ready with a black screen, nothing happens.

I know the videos don't work with Firefox,maybe others, but it works with IE.
