Deleting product key from MX-5000

Ive tried going into system settings using admin login then going to product key and entering a blank code or a wrong code then cycling the power but when I do a 22-10 after it is still showing the option as installed

what product key you mentioned above? fyi, printer and network scanner was built in.you cant uninstall it

It was an mx-amx3 entered in error needs reallocated to another copier it's just that you have to take it off the old one for reallocation to the new one

You can try the Sharp Product Key Reallocation Form, you will need to download it from your Sharp support portal or contact the support line. For the UK (don't know if this includes NI) that would be v2.1b from Tradenet -> News Updates.

to de-activate a product key type in 16 zeros, where you entered the original product key.

Then make sure you have a 22-6 before and after de activation and fill in deactivation form with the attached 22-6
