I am called to work on a Sharp AR 650 that is jamming before the fuser. However when I attemp to enter into simulation to see which particular sensor is been triggered, I cannot get into simulation. I know that to enter into simulation for the sharp machines it is Programme then interrupt; clear then interrupt but this seems not to work on this machine. Can somebody please help me to get into simulation on the AR 650 copier.Thank you in advance, monham.

That machine is actually a toshiba I believe, You won't get anywhere in simulation mode without a book, it doesn't tell you anything like a Sharp does. Fuser gears break often though. -

Mrfixit is correct it is a Toshiba. You should be getting an Exxx code when the unit jams, hold down the "C+8" to get this code. Do you happen to know the number? To get into simulation mode is pretty easy, hold 0+8 when starting up but as mentioned above without the service manual it won't do you much good. There are a ton of simulation numbers.
