How To Get Place a Cover and Inside Insert ARM-620

Ok, We do a print job for a local weekly magazine/newspaper and they just recently wanted to add a Color Insert for the Middle 4 Pages(Center Ledger) Here is what we did do, and what we want to do but can't figure out!


OLD WAY

We would print the Cover (Cover, Page 2, Page 19, Back Cover) In Color on our Color Machine

Then take the Color Covers and Place them in our AR-M620 and print the rest in B&W and have it staple it via 2 staple Tiled Pamphlet


NEW WAY THAT WE NEED!!!!!?????

We need to print the Cover (Cover, Page 2, Page 19, Back Cover) In Color on our Color Machine

Then Print off a Center Page (Page 9,page 10, page 11, page 12) In COLOR Too and Insert It Into The Middle

Then take the Color Covers and Center and Place them in our AR-M620 and print the rest in B&W and have it staple it via 2 staple Tiled Pamphlet Every time i go to different paper it only allows me to add a COVER page ONLY??

Do you happen to have an inserter installed with ARM620? According to the operators guide page 5-11 you can't do what you are trying to do. If you had an inserter you could work around this limitation.
