OP is asking for the elevated sim commands. Not the regular sim commands. There is #*C* for regular sims and (not releasing) for the elevated commands.

This model as far as anyone knows does not have an elevated sim command menu. I've been told by a Sharp representative that there may be special firmware involved in accessing elevated commands, others have heard otherwise, but nobody knows how, if at all possible, to access the elevated sim commands.

Thanks for that informantion, sorry for the way I worded my OP, our machine has very light black and white copies but color copies are good, we will have to give something else a try.
              Thanks again

Elevated test commands are not needed to set dv ref. If he is a Sharp tech he can get them from the manual or in class or by video on IDNC.

Try executing a shading adjustment with sim 63-2.

Check how much dev left in dev tank. 51ppm have a problem with pressure in dev thank (sharp says its happening only on K, but we have few cases with one of the colours). There is TB for that. You need to change dev tank top cover with biger filter(looks like mx 3501type), empty dev, put fresh one, change mc or complete drum unit, do the full calibration and should be ok.
