I fear this may be related to our inability to access the elevated commands on the Aries/Virgo machines. It would appear they've changed the code procedure and are going to be extremely tight lipped about it.

Not knowing certain things when working on Sharp, to me, is very frustrating.

If we are truly "factory trained technicians", we should have access to all service modes.
It is like the soft switch settings. There are literally hundreds of them but only a handful are published AFTER problems are discovered.

It will be an interesting year for Sharp. Big financial issues, and they are redesigning there entire product line and at the same time cutting research and development and hotline support.

Failing to plan is planning to fail!!!
