mxc 381 vibrating noise

i checked each fan in engineers mode. the vibrating noise was coming from the lsu cooling fan. no noise is made when the fan is in my hand but as soon as its screwed back in, it creates a vibrating noise. this noise is in a very quiet office and can be heard pretty much all day.

replacing the fan has not helped.

is there suppose to be a cushion in place or something??

what can be done to fix this issue

When you replaced the fan did you order NFANP0114FCPZ Fan [With No.63]? This comes with PSHEP6155FCZZ Shutter spring sheet which keeps the LSU shutter spring from vibrating against the fan. If not get the sheet it should help.
