Sharp MX-C311 ADF Skew

I have a MX-C311 with ADF Skew but cant seem to find a way to adjust it does anyone know of a way?

Things that I have checked:

- Self print from each tray. PASSED
- Made a copy from the glass from each tray. PASSED
- Made a copy from the ADF from each tray. Had a mixed results with the degree of skew

Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

I have seen on the 311s where the scanning unit was not locked down during transport and the scanner unit had to be replaced. Also, have you tried 50-22 out of curiosity?

there are two foam stoppers that stop the cover from closing too hard. We have had one of those where the glue let go and the foam dropped into the paper path. It was not enough to stop the paper but it would skew the pages every time. hope you find the problem.

Check the hinges on the adf unit, I have seen them get cracks in them and they let the adf sit skewed on the glass, also you can loosen the 4 hinge screws and get some adj. that way. Good Luck.

Thank you everyone for your suggestions. I was able to adjust the ADF hinge to fix the problem and also found that tray 3 was having issues skewing the paper this was due to dirty rollers. Thanks again for your help
