Try TC 66-10 (image memory clear).

There is a setting in the machine that will forward all faxes in memory to another fax machine. We recently had one of these machines go down, sold them a new one, forwarded the faxes to our fax machine at our office and then delivered the faxes to them.
The best way to fix one of these units and any of its older versions is to not fix it at all. They are not a high quality machine. Especially if they are used in a high volume situation.

You should give bcrandel's advice a chance, it will save any incoming faxes rather than clearing them.
