I realize it's an older machine but is still working good. I have done the maintenance, CQ looks good but the waste container fills up and over-flows 2 or 3 times before the cartridge is empty. Any ideas? Thanks

You might want to check the sawtooth charger in the main charge unit. There was a modification to that charger. The symptom it corrected was all black copies. I know you say CQ is good but might be worth checking. I'm assuming the drum was replaced during your maintenance.
