Hye to everyone,

I need your help & idea, i have Sharp AR-5516 having a problem with heater unit giving sound while warming up. I was checked the heater unit all everything is ok but still i did not understand where is the problem. Sound like gear not moving properly.

put some silicon oil in to heater cleaning pad, the sound generated from friction between hot roller and cleaning pad.

adjust the fusing unit.need to adjust the gap between fusing gear and richart.place washer between frame and fusing unit holder rear side .let's try
