    FO-DC635 windows 7 x64 driver

Anyone able to provide any information on a driver bring available for this machine? The latest drivers that I can find are for Windows XP and no mention of 64 bit anywhere. Checked PC service wesbite, Sharpnet, sharp.ca and .au and nothing. I did find a Vista x64 driver for an FO-DC550 to see if that will work. I will send it to my customer and see if it works for him.
    Thanks.

According to Sharp, that model is support via fax/e-mail only, which means it's basically up to the dealers to support that machine. I don't think they'll be developing a windows 7 or 8 driver for it. Best chance would be a vista driver of any sort as they're fairly similar OS'.

They sold a network expansion kit for it and the machine was only release 6 months before Vista came out. There is no support for Vista either. Thats ridiculous in my opinion. There isnt even an XP x64 driver available.

Not sure what to tell ya, maybe a generic HP print driver will work, although it would only be for straight printing without any additional functionality.
