mx-4500 blank prints

im stuck with this.

this machine was moved from ground floor working perfectly well until they had to move it to 1st floor.
since moving it by taking it up the stairs its starting to give blanck copies. no error code

i checked to see if there was an image on the drum and transfer belt when copying but nothing. i have run test patterns in simulation mode, nothing. its the same with all colours.

i changed the drum unit with a colour unit with no effect. i also took off the laser shutter just incase theyre not operating but nothing.

i dont have alot of experience with sharp. i guess the problems you get with sharps, u will never see ona ricoh and the problems you get with a ricoh, u will neva see on a sharp.

has anyone else had a problem like this before????

The dv unit probably isnt close enough to the drum unit

or all 4 rather.

Did you turn the collar on the pri. transfer belt to reapply pressure. I forget every once and awhile and there would be no image.

Check laser slit glass.
Moving it upstairs will cause toner dust to drop like snow.
