    MX-M283N Service Mode P * C * ?

    One of our customers called that has 4 of these machines and one threw a U2-10 code which is normally just a reset with Sim 16 and no service call required. I thought the sim procedure was P * C * but the IT guy says it does not work? I do not have the manual with me so not sure.

      make sure it is "copy mode" first

          Duh, that was it..my fault for forgetting to tell them to make sure it was in the copy mode first.
