[Jamming] SHarp AR-M451 Jam & toner build up

hello,

We are having a few machines that are constantly jamming and we noticed that toner is building at the exit from fuser, on the last guide from fuser.
Jamming codes are POD1_N, PPD1_NAD, PPD1_PR1, AINPD_S. This is happening on 950K machine and the 250K machines as well. Most of them are using oem toner and we have replaced all the maintenance parts. It happend's very randomly and it can run about 20 -500 copies ok on it then it jam's next 2 - 6 pages. We have replaced the rollers that are afther the fuser with the old version that doesen't have metal on the friction zone. They do work for a while then it's jam afther jam again.
What do u think I should do?

I have this happening on an ARM355U. I have done all the things that you have plus dropped the fuser temp down. So far the temp drop has worked but it's only been a month or so. It's really odd as we have a lot of these units but it is only happening on 1 machine.
