[Jamming] sharp AR5520N memory restoration

a colleague cleared the memory of a Sharp AR5520N using secret code 88-01,after which a motor at the paper exit refuse to work and this results in paper jam.Plz anyone with any useful info on how the copier can be returned to default or any possile configuration or solution.Tanx in advance.

I don't see how that would cause your jam problem but if he really did screw up the system memory there is only 1 fix possibly 2. Send the ROM back to Sharp to be re-written OR you can get a parts machine and take that system rom out of it!

Tanx Bill, I really appreciate ur effort at replying my thread.I have been able to fix it,I had to go thru the simulation 26 sub 02 thru to sub 05 and changed some settings there.
