Anybody experiencing DV pull on these out of the box? We have installed 3 so far that after about a month in the field they are pulling DV. I've encountered all the previous versions of these models that did this after some age. Normally replacing the side door resolved the issues.Check Doctor blade gaps and mag pole on all pf them. Had to replace DV in 2 because of how much it's dumped. It's all OEM supplies that are being used and about 7,000 has been the highest copy count on them so far. Hotline is saying it is not a known issue but hard to believe it's just us.

Happened to me around 20I. Replaced Dec unit and material and haven't had a problem since. Mine ejected most of it through the feed and ref units and the Dec unit was hard to turn.
