MX-FNX9 in a MX-5111n

Hi Guys,

Long lurker, first time poster.

I have just installed a few MX-5111's in a local college. All have MX-FNX9 (internal finishers) installed.

On one of the machines, after printing 5 pages, it says "Remove paper from offset tray".

I've never experienced this before. I swapped the finisher with one from another machine and the problem was not present. Put the original back in and it returned.

Any ideas ???

Resolved - MX-FNX9 in a MX-5111n

Problem fixed.

Turns out that the paper height sensor wasn't properly secured in it's bracket. And that was straight out of the box.
