          Looks like you are trying to save a file to a PC is this correct?

                  I believe he is looking for the password for those saved documents on the HDD. In order for the default admin password to work he will have to enable the admin to delete "users, files, or folders" in document management. (but I could be wrong again)

                      You could be right, it's hard to tell from the 6 word original post.

                                      The password will then be the user account number that it was saved to the HDD under or you can use the default key operator password of 00000 (unless that has been changed then you can find the code under sim 22 sub 7). That should work for you.
