Check your neutral to ground voltage on the wall outlet... it should be lees than a .5 vac(check it with the machine unplugged). If it's more... that issue needs to be addressed first. Make sure that all sodimm are new and seated properly. Go over every connector and make sure they are seated. check your DC outputs and make sure they are all present. Get your crossover cable out and hookup your laptop to eliminate any network issues that may be involved. Go to the webpage... delete the log. Run test prints with same type driver that the customer uses. good luck.

I recently had one do the polar opposite. Printed fine etc..wouldn't scan.I tried everything. Finally I backed up the data then performed a HDD format in Sim 62-1. Once complete I uploaded backed up info back into the machine. After backing it up I noticed the address book and all addresses disappeared. Evidentally some info/files were corrupted. Once I finished manually inputting the scan settings it worked perfectly.
Try the read/write test on your memory then try formatting the hard drive . It can't hurt.

i've seen similar problems caused by the HDD, also i would if you have'nt already done it is take a new cat. 5 cable strate to the machine, not through the surge. with your new problems, do they still happen even if you take it off the net work? but i'm leaning more to the HDD myself.

It could also be a bad NIC on one of the PCs there. I'd see if you could swing bringing a loaner out for a few days and see if that has issues too.

It could help you narrow down the problem's origin.
