    Sharp MX-3501N: Anyone knows what L4-31 service call is for and how I can fix it?

      It's a problem with the paper exit cooling fans located above the fuser in the delivery unit. Run TC6-2 to fine which one is failing; we usually replace both at the same time.

          It also could be the toner cooling fans. See attached bulletin. MFP-SB-154.pdf
