Regardless of which paper tray is used we are getting wrinkling when running 11x17 paper. Tray 3, 4 or bypass all do the same thing. It does it on both simplex and duplex. Wrinkle is always on trail edge of paper. Parts replaced include a remanufactured fuser, (by us,) both transfer belts, tray feed rollers. Have inspected registration assy for possible causes and none found. Paper appears to be going through about as straight as it can. There might be a slight, (1/8 inch or so,) skew from lead to trail edge but that doesnt appear to be enough to cause a wrinkle like this. All other paper sizes appear to run fine. Letter, Letter-R and Legal all run fine. Have tried changing heat settings in fuser both higher and lower. No change. Have changed registration speed in sim 51-2 with a slight noticeable improvement when the value of letter H was raised from 40 (default value) to 50. But the defect was still there. Paper tray guide are tight against paper. Just about any obvious thing that I have ran into in the past we have covered.
We also tried running higher quality paper through it with no changes.
Any input is appreciated!
Thanks guys!
