    Sharp MX-4501 Web Cleaning Issue

We have an MX-4501 MFP that has a new fuser and new delivery unit installed. It is now having a problem on the first page of jobs when it starts where there is toner smeared across the back side of the first copy. It's only the first page, the remaining pages are fine. We suspect that the web cleaning roller isn't completly cycling through and there is toner build-up that falls down onto the lower fuser roller when the unit starts up for the next print job. Has anybody else seen this and does anyone know of a fix? Thank you!

You might try adjusting the web cleaning settings with TC 43-32.
