Sharp arm201

I've got a sharp arm201, gradually spilling dev inside the machine. It slowly transfers dev over to the transfer corona assembly on the right side door. Drum, full process unit,new dev unit ,new dev, and new transfer corona unit have all previously been fitted. Unfortunately, after several copies the dev starts transferring over again. Board fault perhaps? Any ideas appreciated.

it could be a board problem, or a bis problem. also i would clean the very tip of the drum pin, as well as makeing sure that all connection points for the mc, and transfer are very clean. clean out all filters and fans. when i was at school they said that sometimes it will pull dv do to por-air/o2 getting to the dv unit. sounds crazy i know. hope that helps


also any parts you might need i would get soon, as the machine and most parts are no longer supported by sharp.

Is this one of the machines that had an issue with the transfer corona springs on the door not making good contact with the machine? I remember updates that changed the springs and also the reinforcement bars on the bottoms of the sliders. We had quite a few of these that did this and if I remember right it took care of the problem.
