Good evening Friends
I need window 8 (32 bit) printer driver for AR-5618N. My Customer upgrade their computer to windows 8, therefore they cant use it as network printer.

Get your customers to upgrade to Windows 7. Or, try installing Windows 7 drivers. There are currently no drivers for that model (or practically most models) for Windows 8, as it is too new an operating system.

If your customer complains, explain to them that the system is new and it takes time to design new drivers. If they still complain then get new customers.

Windows update when you are installing a new printer should get you a basic driver that your customer can use until (maybe?) Sharp updates their driver list. You can always fall back on using a generic HP driver. I've found this works with most of the Sharps, very simple interface and can not use accessories but they'll be able to print. Have found this useful when clients are using cloud based applications that won't print the normal way.
