    Virgo Series (MX4111-MX5111) Using Device Account Mode

    I am curious if anyone else is having issues using the built in Device Account user on the Virgo machines. I have had three odd issues that were caused by using the built in Device Account user. I have been creating a custom user without color copy ability as a work around.
    1. Customer called in claiming the machine changed the language on the touch panel. I was skeptical over the phone but upon arrival, it had indeed changed the interface to Icelandic.
    2. Machine constantly calling for the waste toner to be replaced. Switches, boards, and harnesses did nothing as well as the calls to tech support. Got the machine in the shop, turned off device account mode, been running for the past 2 weeks without issue.
    3. Machine jammed every 15-20 pages from any drawer. PPD1 and 2. Also, running VERY slow. Knowing there is an updated sensor replaced with the new style; still slow and jamming. After an hour of gutting this thing, I noticed Device Account mode was being used. Turned it off, rebooted and off it went, a full ream of paper no jams and at full speed.

    I can see a fluke here or there, but this is the third instance.

    Anybody else seeing this?

    never had this problem
    but i will start
    1-reformat the h disk
    2-66-10 in case some funny data left
