Sharp ARC 160 pale prints

Hi everybody

So this ARC 160 got nearly 30k total.
Sounds and works normal.
However client called about very pale copies
and prints and for servicecall "F2"
Dont know what F2 means.
Both colored and b/w copies and
prints are equaly pale.
Light all over the papper no difference in any spot
No change in AE control

Any help would be appreciated.

What is the sub code for the F2.

The mashine is working.
Thought it might have been

Probably related to drum mark sensor. Clean & check in relation to that.
