Sharp Pcounter OSA screen refreshing every 22 seconds
Hello - I have a Sharp copier that is connected to pcounter for printing and scan to me. The main log in screen refreshes every 23 seconds but the settings in the copier and pcounter are 60 sec. if you goto scan to me after 23 seconds the screen changes to the log in screen but you are not logged out? i.e if you press home you can goto copy and scan2me. all other machines on the site work ok? Tried boards and firmware etc.
