Sharp MX-2010U

Dear All

I have a problem with the new m/c MX-2010U. In power save mode print job disappears.
No authentication enabled. It prints when the Auto Power shut-off mode is disabled.
Can anyone help me to solve this problem?

My Friend, this is without MX-PB14 and correct printer driver installed. When the m/c is ON printing starts normally. We have problem only in Power Save mode.
Firmware is uptodate. I hope someone can resolve this problem. Thanks in advance

Make sure the correct print driver is installed and being used. For machines installed with MXPB14, only use PCL6 or Postscript when MXPK11 is enabled. The Sharp Advanced Printer Language print driver can only be used on standard machines without MXPB14.
