[Jamming] Sharp MX 2300

Hi all

Ricoh Trained engineer here, have a sharp MX 2300 customer had jam in fuser unit, removed jam but cant clear it. Check the sensors for any stray paper and dust etc anyone point me in the right direction.

When you say you can't clear it, what is actually displayed on the screen ?

Just a wee update got it fixed it was in the bypass unit. Thanks for all your help
