How can i set to PDF when inbound routing for fax forward to email?

as a default they come through as TIFF. anyone know the way to change this?

Faxes are sent as images and cannot be routed as a PDF. It would have to be converted by a program such as "Primo PDF" after the transfer.

Go into the web page, Application Settings, Inbound Routing, Table Registration, middle bottom of page is a drop down to change to PDF.

You may also have to go into the address book and change the defaults that were saved when that folder was added.

I just checked our 2610 in the store and I'm not seeing it. Shouldn't it be the same as the 3610?
