U2-30 Error and EEPROM Part Number?

On a Sharp MX-4101N we have here in the office I'm getting a consistent U2-30 error. I've dealt with this before and was able to fix it with a new set of EEPROMs for the Main and PCU PWBs. Those EEPROMs were a spare set I had in the office however and I cannot seem to find a part number for these. Does Sharp sell them individually? If so, does anyone know the part number?
