    Sharp MX 350 Cannot Detect Paper

    Hi!

    I am working on a Sharp MX-350N and it has paper in all 4 trays however the system does not complete jobs because it states the trays are empty. Any suggestions? Thanks!

      Check to make sure there's no paper jammed behind your trays.

              If it is jobs from a computer that causing the no paper, check that the paper type in the trays is set to plain or that the print job is not looking for special type of paper.
