Sharp AR-5015 Toner Blinking

I have install new toner and the machine does not go to ready and the toner is blinking
I notice tha the machine starts normaly (scanner-exposure lamp-op.panel) but the main motor does not run and the fusing lamp
does not go on
From the simulation i have check the fusing lamp-lsu-toner motor working . only the main motor does not run from the simulation
I have change the main board and the main motor from another working machine and the result is the same

any ideas about the problem?

Looks like you may have a bad toner cartridge:

Toner cartridge replacement required indicatorWhen toner density is lower than a specified level, the TONERCARTRIDGE REPLACEMENT indicator lights up to warn theuser.If toner is not added after approximately 10% is copied, theindicator starts blinking and machine starts to supply toner.(Toner cartridge replacement indicator keeps lighting up)If toner density is not back to specific level after two minutes, theREAD indicator goes out and Toner indicator starts blinking, and

the copier stops.

a. Press and hold the density adjustment LIGHT key for more than 5 sec, and the machine will enter theuser program mode.b. Press and hold the "%" key for more than 5 sec, and the remaining quantity will be displayed on the copyquantity display in one of the following levels: (Remaining quantity display levels: 100%, 75%, 50%, 25%,10%, LO)

c. Press the density adjustment LIGHT key to cancel.

This is from the service manual and how to check the remaining toner level to verify that it reads 100% or close to it.

after many hours of searching i gind out that the toner chip (on 2 original cartridges ) is damage .
I please i 3 toner and the machine start working
