I have a problem with a MXFN16 mis-stapling. Very intermittently (1-3 in a set of 100 or 3 in a set of 3) the rear jogger will skew a sheet of paper so when it staples that sheet is skewed sideways and doesn't get stapled. Talked to hotline and performed adjustments; electrical and mechanical. It has less than 300,000 on the machine. Thanks for any help!

A couple of things I have seen. The switch actuators in the swing area get "paper cuts" in them and once in a while they will cause it to skew and not align properly. The second is the solonoid that pulls the aligner side arm for offset down will stick and cause this also. -
