Imagistics/Oce/Sharp IM4511 AR-M455 Scan address stays gray

Hi guys,

This machine went from one customer to another. It scanned at the previous cust, but now after adding new desktops (at the new customer) when I go to the addresses on the copier display, they're grayed and of course it won't scan. Ideas? Thanks!

Sorry, this machine is an Imagistics IM-4511.

Did you reset the NIC when you changed sites? This series seems to require that you do this for some reason. Have had this correct the problem several times.

Got it.
The scan to FTP/desktop/network/scanner folder must be checked.
