Hey, I have a FO-2081 connected with USB using button manager to scan so the customer can use the acquire button on sharpdesk. The format is defaulted to PDF but the image show up as a TIFF. Any ideas?

Uninstall Button Manager and reinstall. What version do you have? Make sure it is the most recent.
