hello guys One of my Tech's has been experiencing an E7-11 error code on a sharp MXM363N, However this MFP needs a PM for like 3weeks and we are still waiting for some parts on back order, do you think that the E7-11 is caused by the mfp waiting on the PM? the tech says he cleared the error with sim 14 and it came back like 2 days later.Thanks in Advance.

Pull the platen and clean the underside white strip. Replaced a few of these as the glue tends to change color. Also check the white strip under the doc feeder. If you have the SIT chart, run the shading setups as well.
