Backup MX-350N MFP

hello Guys I have a Client that has and aged MX-350N MFP that recently got an E7-03 HDD error, I told the customer to power down and power up the MFP, it seemed to work, My question is how can i back up all the scanner, email, Doc Filling accounts before the Hdd Completely Fails.Thanks in Advance.
