I have a question I want to clear the PIN number, but my problem I do not know the old PIN number in order to delete it
What do I do and how I do a rest code

Sim 22-7 will tell you what the old code is then go into system settings to change it.

I think you might want to read the operator's guide and the key operator's guide. This will give you all of the information that you require. You can get them from the Sharp website if you do not have the hard copy that comes with the unit.
