Just replaced dev, transfer belt, drum and blade. I reset drum, dev. and maintance count. and still have message on screen. Thanks.

I assume it is a mx-m700. How about the web unit? I think it has a web end sensor.

It has a web end sensor and a PM meter count. Both will give you this message.

      Have a nice weekend.

Web end sensor or Maintenance counter. You can either pull the fusing unit from the machine and look and see if the actuator is breaking the sensor, or you can go to sim 30-1 and look and see if the "WEB END" is darkened. If so your web is out. Replace the cleaning web with kit MX-705RC.

Edit: See someone beat me to the punch. Never the less a bit of extra info in my post.

        Good luck.
