Our client is using remote desktop and a program called screwdriver, neither that I am familiar with. Within the Remote desktop session, the printer does not resort back to the default tray, it stays with the last tray used. Regular desktop, printer acts as it should, and prints to default tray.
It is a hassle, because client has 4 trays and has plain, letterhead and 2 different types of checks. If client forgets to change trays, he ends up printing on checks or letterhead.
Any help would be appreciated.
