What's your jam code? That's always a good place to start. I dislike big machines being dropped off at customer sites, especially on a 20 amp circuit. It's best if those boards get 24 hours of power before use or they can burn out on site and it looks awful in front of customers. Source: had it happen.

Does it try to feed the paper or just register a jam? Does it occur out of all trays or just 1? Is there an LCC? More details, more help.

You can still do a 22-3 for jam history display, nothing is printed out but you still get reference.

Also - 23-2 is better for jam codes anyways.

So put a pen mark on your reg roller, hit start and see if your pen mark rotated at all...

Turn off the jam detection in sim 7-1 if it passes paper fine you know it's a sensor issue. More than likely the PPD1 sensor in the PS unit is dirty or failed if it stops at the registration roller
