    Sharp 4101N

Getting C4-10 errors. Setting SW8-3 in 55-1 to 1 or 0 doesn't resolve the issue. Replacing PTC didn't resolve, replacing PTC and resetting PTC in 24-1 didn't resolve. Anyone else run into this?

The error is because 55-1 Sw 8 bit 3 was set to 1 and left. Set it to 0, replace PTC in that order and you should be good to go. Chances are you may have had a defective replacement right out of the box. Got another spare?

Yup, have 2 more here in the warehouse. Will make sure to set the switch to 0 first then replace.
