    Sharp MX-4111N

    This message has started showing at boot up "Clearing selected data". A percentage bar is displayed that starts from 0% to 100%. It takes 10-15 minutes for this to complete before the machine is in a ready state. I have about 25 of these machines as well as another 65 MX453Ns and have never seen this before. Anyone have an idea?

      Does it have the DSK installed; perhaps the security settings are to clear info at power up.

          Hey thanks. That was it exactly. Their IT decided to change the settings we initially had to clear data after each job.
