    [Misc] sharp ar-m201 dropping off

    As stated I have said mc that is saying offline intermittently. I went today and tried with a crossover cable to the laptop. That worked fine. So we swapped the drop lead on the clients pc. That worked ok until later today.

    Any suggestions?
    Networking skills are advantageous but use of a 3m vacuum cleaner is essential

          Just done that...both nib and copier..will keep you posted.

              did you use the MAINTENANCE TOOL Version 4.28 to update the machine. just checking as some are still using 4.26.

                  I did but on the copier display it said e 18 imc flash. Although the nib updated fine through rj 45 via web page. The call has not arisen since my nib update although im curious as to why the e18 message appeared.
