MX-3110, having issues with the machine keeping up with adding toner,The color falls off or changes.firmware all up dated, PM s done.Calibrated until the cows come home.Customer does alot of full bleeds and coverage?Anyone have any ideas.Customers had it!!

The fact they're doing full bleeds and heavy coverage means it's not going to operate quite within specs, it's gonna go through a lot of toner quickly and may be struggling to keep up with the demand. I'm not 100% certain that's the case though. Definitely a weird issue, nothing which I've had to deal with. Sorry I can't be of more help.Cthulhu for president! Why settle for the lesser evil?Comment

Have you gotten your RSS involved? We had a similar issue with a C330 ( I know ancient Beast). It was not adding toner due to the way the customer was using as printer. The machine would not check toner level if only one page print job s were sent. Customer was sending print jobs by the hundreds but only one page at time. We had our RSS come and looked into it. Turned out they had to have special firmware written in Japan for us. You never know.Comment
