    Sharp Scanning Info

I just had a client upgrade their server and then I got a call that they couldn't scan. Short version their IT has the server set up with DFS (distributed File System) share. After talking to hotline found out that Sharp does not support DFS. Just a heads up so if you run into it you don't waste time trying to make it work.

Good to know. Now if only they'd make a tech tip with this information before everyone wasted their time!
